"I've been with state farm for many years now. I've always been completely satisfied with their services they provide, but today topped it off. I guess I forgot to pay my bill last month and had to contact one if the representatives, her name is Elista I believe. Super top notch customer service. She completely made my day. She was very informative about my next billing cycle so I won't be surprised on top of what she was already super helpful about. I feel like she went above and beyond and really cares about the customers. Great work ethic and I absolutely love it. Go state farm!"
